Genesis House is a program that reaches out to  young women as they face crisis pregnancies. The home was established to provide a  Christ - centered family setting in which both mother and child can have  physical, emotional and spiritual needs met while receiving guidance, skills  training and empowerment for the future. 

Genesis House works to change a mother’s future  and the future of her child with such things  as:

Basic decision making – What goes into a decision?  How is a decision going to affect my life?                                                           
                                                                  
Parenting classes – Am I parenting in a way that is best for my child?

 Budgeting– Can I live within the means I  possess?

  Bible studies – What does the Bible have to do with my life?

                                                                                                   Nutrition –Prenatal and childhood nutrition impacts emotional and physical health.

 Genesis House was founded with the intention of making a difference, a difference in the lives of young mothers, their children and the  community where they reside.  The best way to change the cycle of broken homes and unwed mothers within one generation is to impact one life at a time. 

Genesis   House offers a true choice.  Young   mothers are given the choice to give their child life, even if all around them is telling them to abort their child.   We want to give the young women who come to Genesis House the hope that comes with seeing a bright future, whether they choose to parent or place for  adoption, she is in control.  She  can choose what is going to be best for herself AND her child
